What we receive and why
This website does not request registration, connect messaging accounts or include forms that store customer data. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if included and whatever content you choose to send. We use it to reply, arrange a demo or handle requests. Do not send passwords, identity documents or your shoppers’ personal data.
Hosting and email
Cloudflare serves this website and may process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver content and protect its network. Google (Gmail) processes messages sent to our contact address. These providers may process data outside your country under their terms. This website does not send your inquiries to an AI model.
Preferences and tracking
We do not embed advertising, visitor analytics or tracking pixels. If you change language, your browser may save that preference locally. You can remove it through your browser’s site data settings. The hosting provider may retain technical logs according to its own policy.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiries while needed to respond and manage the relationship. You can request access, correction or deletion by email. If identity verification is necessary, we request only what is needed. We will explain if an applicable obligation requires retaining information. Requesting a demo does not subscribe you to marketing.
Pilot data
The product may process account, catalog, order and conversation data to provide its features. This landing page does not collect those data. Before connecting store data, pilot participants must be informed of the relevant terms, providers and privacy policy.
